CMP.No.14636/2016 in CRP.SR.15612/2014 RMJ This petition is filed to condone the delay of 642 days in representing the CRP.SR.No.15612 of 2014.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the averments made in para-3 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the counter filed by the respondent, I am inclined to condone the delay on payment of costs. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred only) to the respondent on or before 09.01.2017, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed.
