ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to take legal action against the respondents 2 to 6 after register the case in accordance with law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 05.06.2015 vide CSR No.15 of 2015 dated 12.06.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.15 of 2015 before the 1st respondent. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 1st respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
