By Order dated 07.09.2016, the learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner would submit all the documents
M. DURAISWAMY,J., sr within a week. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the respondent was directed to consider the same and pass orders within one week from the date of production of the documents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.T.S. Murthy, learned Additional Advocate General, appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner has not produced any document before the respondent till today.

In these circumstances, I do not find any reason to keep the contempt petition pending. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
