C.M.P.5887 of 2022 in WASR.30557 of 2022 THE HONOURABLE CHIEF JUSTICE and D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J This application has been filed to permit the petitioners 1 to 5 to file Writ Appeal as legal heirs of the deceased C.Kasi and to accept the cause title as mentioned in the grounds of appeal.

2. This application is allowed for the reason that the party died during the pendency of the proceedings, and therefore, the legal heirs are being brought on record.

Hence, the amended cause title is permitted.
