PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 23.01.2022 made in I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.343 of 2019, on the file of III Addl. Family Court at Chennai.

The learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner seeks the leave of the Court to withdraw this Revision, since O.S.No.343 of 2019 pending on the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai has been transferred to the Court at Hyderabad on the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. He has also made necessary endorsement to that effect.

2. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file necessary Civil Revision Petition before the appropriate High Court. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
