2. It is represented that the warrant has been executed.

3. It is seen that the Advocate Commissioner had gone to Maharashtra to seize the vehicle. But, it appears that there has been some resistance. Since the Advocate Commissioner was appointed in October 2015, this Court is of the view that this application can be closed, however, subject to a term.

4. Accordingly, this application is closed subject to payment of additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to move a fresh application for appropriate directions, so that the resistance can be curtailed.
