C.M.P.No.6650 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.(SR).30568 of 2022 P.T. ASHA, J, After disposal of the claim petition, the 4th petitioner died on 14.01.2019. The petitioners 1 to 3 are already on record. A Memo dated 17.06.2022 has been filed to record the death of the 4th respondent and to record the petitioners 1 to 3 as his legal representatives. The said Memo is taken on file.

2.This petition is filed to accept the cause title in the above appeal.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
