This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 17.10.2019 passed in M.P.No.281 of 2018 in M.C.No.154 of 2017 on the file of the learned VI Additional Family Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2. This Criminal Revision Case is arising out of the order passed in M.P.No.281 of 2018 in Maintenance Case No.154 of 2017 on the file of the VI Additional Family Court Chennai. The main case in M.C.No.154 of 2017 was disposed of on merits on 17.10.2019 itself. In such view of the matter, nothing further survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Revision Case.

3. In the light of the abovesaid position, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
