[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed for a direction to produce the body of Mr.Vijayaprathab, S/o.R.Lakshmi Kanthan, aged about 19 years.

detenu Mr.Vijayaprathab was remanded into judicial custody, by the order of the Additional Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Erode. The detenu is now in judicial custody. 3.This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
