This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 946 days in filing the restoration Petition in the above Appeal.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above Petition and after hearing the learned counsel appearing on both side, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.Post the restoration Petition next week along with connected C.M.A.No.350 of 2017.
