..Respondents Prayer:- This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent pertaining to the order made in BDFGISSV No.1341/2014 dated 22.09.2014 against the petitioner's husband, Guruprasath @ Guru, Son of Ramalingam, male, aged 28 years, who is detained at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce him before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed, by the mother of the detenu, namely, Guruprasath @ Guru, Son of Ramalingam, male, aged 28 years, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records, in BDFGISSV No.1341/2014 dated 22.09.2014, passed by the 2nd Respondent, detaining the detenu, under Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982), branding him as a "Goonda", in the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, to quash the same and to direct the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Respondents to produce the body of the detenu and set him at liberty forthwith.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent as against the husband of the petitioner dated 22.09.2014 has been revoked by the Government in G.O. [Rt] No.6046, dated 19.11.2014 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
