PRAYER IN W.P.NO.34445 OF 2015: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration, to declare that the condition "Students holding PIO, OCI are not eligible" mentioned in the Notifications dated 12.07.2015 and 13.07.2014 on the file of the fourth respondent herein as ultravires the Constitution and violative of the statutory provisions in the Citizenship Act, 1955 and declare it as null and void.
