ORDER

This Court, by its order dated 29.07.2024 appointed Mr.R.Balachandran, Chartered Accountant as a Mediator to resolve the dispute between the parties. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had appeared before the Mediator and has already submitted his accounts to substantiate the petitioner's case that the petitioner has settled the dues of the respondents.

4.Both the parties are directed to appear positively without fail before the Mediator Mr.R.Balachandran, Chartered Accountant, appointed by this Court, on 27.02.2025. The Mediator appointed by this Court is directed to submit his report before this Court on the next hearing date i.e. on 06.03.2025. 5.If the mediation fails, this Court will take up the OPs for final disposal on the next hearing date.
