ORDER

This Court has passed an order on 2.3.2016 in W.P.No.7823 of 2016 and W.M.P.No.6983 of 2016 directing the respondents to grant temporary approval and pay salary to the petitioner as prayed for, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, on the basis of the judgment of the Apex Court in Pramati Educational Cultural Trust and others v. Union of India and others, 2014 (4) MLJ 486 (SC). Pursuant thereto, the

respondents, having taken time, have reported compliance today.

The learned Government Advocate for the respondents, placing on record the proceedings dated 9.12.2016 issued by the District Elementary Educational Officer, Perambalur, submitted that the direction issued in the order dated 2.3.2016 has been duly complied with.
