O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to absorb the petitioner as B.T. Teacher (History) in Government High School, Ulliyakudi based on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2011.

2. The petitioner was working as B.T.Assistant (History) in Panchayat Union Middle School at Ullyakudi, Ariyalur District. Since the said school has been upgraded as High School, the petitioner wanted to retain in the same School as B.T.Assistant (History) and in this regard, she has given a representation dated 17.12.2011 and since the same has not been considered, she has filed the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. After ten years of filing this writ petition, nothing could survive in the prayer sought for. If at all the petitioner had been retained as he desired, the prayer sought for is deemed to have been fulfilled and if that was not considered and the petitioner has been shifted to any other https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

school, now the clock cannot be put back at this length of time and no order can be passed effectively at this juncture.

4. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
