ORDER

Contempt Petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the order dated 25.06.2013 passed in W.P.No.11050/2013.

In view of the issuance of G.O.(Ms) No.142, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (TP.1) Department, dated 23.09.2015, this contempt petition is closed. The contemnors/respondents shall implement the order dated 25.06.2013 by granting regular time scale of pay and monetary benefits to the petitioners as per the aforesaid Government Order.
