ORDER

(Made by DR.VINEET KOTHARI, J.) The Court was held by Video Conference, as per the Resolution of the Full Court dated 3 July 2020, by Judges at their respective residence and the counsel, staff of the Court appearing from their respective residences.

2. This application has been filed to condone the delay of 416 days in re-presenting the appeal papers.

3. We are satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the application for condonation of delay of 416 days. Therefore, the delay in re-presentation of 416 days is condoned. Office may register the said appeal on regular numbers.

4. The learned counsel for the appellant Revenue Mrs.Hema Muralikrishnan, submitted that there are 65 connected appeals of the same nature and therefore, the same may be consolidated and heard on a specific date, because the decision of the Delhi High Court, which was relied upon by the Tribunal has been set aside by the Supreme Court and the matter has been remanded back to the High Court.

5. Ms.Krithika Jagannathan, representing M/s. Lakshmi Kumaran Associates accepts notice for the respondents.

6. List the cases for final disposal after three weeks along with connected appeals, the details of which may be supplied by both the counsel to the Registry.

7. Soft copies and hard copies of the judgment relied upon by the learned counsel may also be supplied to the Registrar Judicial, which may be transmitted to the Judges.
