ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the District Judge, Thiruvannamalai to expedite the trial in I.D.O.P.No.15 of 2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner either in person or through a learned counsel.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that a direction was sought in this Civil Revision Petition, to direct the District Judge, Thiruvannamalai, to expedite the trial in I.D.O.P.No.15 of 2018 and the said I.D.O.P was disposed of on 07.09.2021.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the prayer sought for in the revision has become infructuous and no further orders are required to be made in this revision petition.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
