This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the STC No.257 of 2018 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thittagudi, Cuddalore District.

2.The facts of this case is covered by the reported Judgment of this Court in 2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others Vs. State Rep. by Inspector of Police and another]. Accordingly, the STC No.257 of 2018 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thittagudi, Cuddalore District is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
