It is represented by the learned counsel for the applicant that in pursuant to the warrant issued by this Court, the learned Advocate Commissioner has seized the vehicle and handed over to the applicant.

2. The Advocate Commissioner is not present before this Court. She has also not filed any report. On the other hand, the respondent has been served with notice but he has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel. His name is printed in the cause list. There is no representation for the respondent.

3. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this application is closed subject to the following condition: The vehicle shall not be alienated or altered or encumbered without further orders from this Court or the Arbitrator or until the completion of the Arbitration Proceedings and if award is passed, the applicant shall be at liberty to proceed as per law. The Arbitration proceedings, if not already initiated, should be initiated within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
