ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 22.12.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.40397 of 2015 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.149/2016/R2 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 31.01.2017.

3.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, the contempt petition stands closed.
