This Writ Petition has been filed for a direection to the 2nd respondent from interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 3 & 4.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.450 of 2023 and it was closed on 23.02.2024. 3.In the light of the above development, the interference of the Police comes to an end on the closure of C.S.R.No.450 of 2023. 4.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
