COMMON ORDER A report had been obtained from the learned Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram, with respect to I.A.Nos. 178 & 179 of 2020 in O.S.No. 76 of 2018.

The learned Subordinate Judge had stated that the said matter is now posted for filing counter by the second and third respondents on 25.08.2021. The learned Judge may give an outer limit till 08.10.2021 for filing counter and thereafter, hear arguments and pass final orders on or before 30.11.2021 and dispose of I.A.Nos. 178 &179 of 2020 within that time.
