ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings Na.Ka.745/2017/B1, dated 26.10.2017 and to direct the first respondent to issue patta to the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and also undertakes to make an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
