..Respondent Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to award marks to the petitioner for question numbers 4,19 and 39 in Series B of Group II examination for the post included in CSSE-I service 2010 conducted on 30.07.2011 and consequently select and appoint the petitioner to the interview post with Pay Band-II of Rs.9300/-.
