NO. 06 OF 2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that the petitioners are directed to cancel the power of attorney and to remove the encumbrance created in the said property within a period of two weeks imposed in the above Crl.OP.No.14056 of 2019 dated 14.02.2020.
