ORDER
Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
2. The petitioner is seeking quashment of the attachment of the Bank Account operated by the petitioner, namely St.John's Educational Trust.
3. It is submitted that the amount as outstanding, had been paid and the attachment order of the Account, was also recalled by the ESI Corporation.
4. Hence, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous petitions are closed. 19-06-2026 cs To
