Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of certiorarifed mandamus to call for the records connected with the Revision Petition No.01/2013 Sa. Pa. 124/2013 Sa. Pa. dt 24.2.2014 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and in so far as it has cancelled the promotion of the petitioner as Assistant Secretary of the 2nd respondent Society and further direct the 1st respondent to pass orders posting the petitioner as Assistant Secretary of the Mandakolathur Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society Limited Mandakolathur Polur Taluk Thiruvannamalai District.
