This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give necessary police protection to petitioner property comprised in Survey No.426 situated at Sunnambu Kulathur Village and life of petitioner family members. 2.It is seen from the records that there is a property dispute between the parties. If on enquiry, the respondent police finds that the nature of the dispute is civil in nature, the parties shall approach the appropriate Civil Court. Further, the petitioner shall not be harassed in the name of enquiry.
