Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 & 2 respondent to consider the petitioner's representation to the 1st respondent dated 07/11/2019 to measure and demarcate the petitioner's property situated in Survey No.106/1, 106/1A, 106/1b and 106/1C of Velayuthampalayam, Avinashi Taluk, Tirupur District within the time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to measure and demarcate the property within the time fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken on file and the 2nd respondent has fixed the date for inspection of the property on 02.04.2020. The learned counsel submitted that, necessary notice will be issued to the petitioner in this regard.

3.In view of the above development, the petitioner is directed to attend during the inspection on 02.04.2020 and furnish the necessary documents to the 2nd respondent. The 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent shall complete the process of inspection and demarcation after giving notice to the necessary party, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
