Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Monday on 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m until further orders in Crl.MP.No.144 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.3112 of 2019 in order dated 18.01.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.144 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.3112 of 2019 dated 08.01.2020.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.144 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.3112 of 2019 dated 08.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on 1st working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders. -sd/- 16/03/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
