ORDER

The petitioner made a complaint on 24.11.2014 against the

sixth respondent to the second respondent that he is doing illegal activities by encroaching upon the Government land. As no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that considering the facts, the second respondent may be directed to pass appropriate orders on the complaint dated 24.11.2014 made by the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the allegations made by the petitioner are not true.

This Court is not willing to go into the allegations made and the stand taken by the learned Additional Government Pleader. However, taking into consideration the fact that the complaint dated 24.11.2014 is pending before the second respondent, a direction is issued to the second respondent to look into the said complaint and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
