Respondent PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to order of the respondent dated 20.02.2015 with Ref.No.A1/1166/2015 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to sponsor the petitioner's name in the immediate future appointment and also direct the respondent to pay adequate compensation. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

2.The petitioner, Ms.M.Radhamuni, has come to this Court challenging the impugned order dated 20.02.2015 passed by the respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that her name has not been sponsored by the respondent, though she has registered her name in the District Employment Exchange, in the year 1989 itself, after passing S.S.L.C., while her juniors were sponsored by the respondent.

3.When the petitioner comes to this Court alleging that her seniority has been overlooked, by sponsoring the names of her juniors, neither in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition nor in her representation made to the respondent, she has mentioned that how far she is senior to other juniors. Moreover, as stated above, no juniors have been considered for sponsorship.

4.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition, as the writ petition is fully bereft of materials. Hence, the writ petition fails and the same stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
