RAMANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Court by order dated 25.02.2016 had granted an interim stay. Although the stay had been granted only for a period of two weeks, it was reported by the learned counsel for the appellants that to date, no steps have been taken to file final decree proceedings. Therefore, the interim stay already granted is made absolute.

2. The appeal itself is directed to be listed for final hearing on 22.11.2021.
