This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to receive the documents mentioned in the application.

2. It is averred in the application that the documents now sought to be filed are very much essential for the case and the same could not be filed, as they were mixed with other records.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents/defendants opposes this application contending that the applicant/plaintiff has not stated anything about the documents now sought to be received, in his plaint and though, it has been mentioned as originals, original documents have not been filed.

4. Considering the reason given by the applicant/plaintiff for non filing of the documents in time and also in order to give an opportunity to the applicant/plaintiff to put forth his case, this Court is of the considered view that this application is to be allowed.

5. In fine, the application is allowed and the documents are ordered to be received, subject to relevancy and proof.
