Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. 2.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders imposed in the order passed in Crl.OP.No.33888/2019 dated 30.12.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAWAHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.33888 of 2019, dated 30.12.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, dated, 30.12.2019.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.33888 of 2019, dated 30.12.2019 is modified to the effect that "the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
