This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.10346 of 2023.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Government Order has been issued in G.O.(Ms.)No.48, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E3) Department dated 08.03.2024 and seniority has been revised as per merit for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer for the year 2018-19.
