There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2. By an order dated 05.04.2022, this writ petition was disposed with the following observations:- "7. From the above materials, it is seen that the petitioner sent representation with regard to encroachment of the temple property by third parties and one College. The 3rd respondent also instructed the 4th respondent to conduct enquiry and file a report on or before 26.02.2021. From the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent, it is seen that they have initiated proceedings only with regard to Survey No.390/1B. Even though the 3rd respondent informed the petitioner by the proceedings dated 23.02.
2021 that the 4th respondent was directed to enquire the allegations made by the petitioner and file a report to the 3rd respondent, till now, the 4th respondent has not taken any steps with regard to other Survey Numbers. Considering the above, the 4th respondent is directed to enquire and file a report to the 3rd respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the report from the 4th respondent, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to take action on the representation of the petitioner, based on the report filed by the 4th respondent, within a period of four weeks thereafter."

3. Today, when the case was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the fourth respondent has filed a compliance report, wherein, it has been stated as follows:- "3. I state that I have sent a representation dated 20.01.2021 on behalf of the Temple requesting to initiate proceedings to issue Patta for the properties situated at R.S.No.374,390/1 and 390/3 to the Tahsildar, Poonamallee and also sent a Representation on the same day to the SubRegistrar, Poonamallee not to register any documents falling within the said Survey Numbers. I state that at present we are only trying to rectify the defects in the revenue records in order to initiate appropriate proceedings to remove the encroachment in the said lands. The 3rd Respondent is also intimated about the steps taken to mutate the revenue records. In addition to this, I have also sent a representation dated 14.08.2021 to the CMDA requesting to desist from granting approval or NOC for putting up superstructure in the aforementioned lands.
4. I state that in respect of lands in R.S.No.391, the Temple has sought for information from the Revenue Department to provide details of the old land records to ascertain the extent and boundaries of Temple's ownership. Thereafter, we will initiate process to insert the name of the Temple in the current revenue records. I state that a report Page No 2 of 4
dated 24.05.2022 has been sent to the 3rd Respondent."
4. Being satisfied with the steps taken by the fourth respondent, this compliance report stands recorded.
