This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 4(b) of Crl.OP.No.29278 of 2023 by an order dated 22.01.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. For a period of 20 days and thereafter, report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
