In Both Writ Petitions For Petitioner : No appearance For Respondents : Mr.K.Tippu Sultan, Government Advocate C O M M O N O R D E R These matters earlier came up for consideration before this court on 10.01.2025. On the said date, Mr.P.Arumugam, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that inspite of the intimation given by him to the petitioners, there is no response from the petitioners nor any instructions

received from them and sought time to address a letter to the petitioners.

2. Again the matter was listed on 27.01.2025. On the said date, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that inspite of addressing letter to the petitioners, there is no response from the petitioners and therefore, reported "No Instructions". Under those circumstances, this court directed the Registry to print the names of petitioners in the cause-list and to list the same under the caption "For Dismissal".

3. Today, inspite of the matters being listed under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioners. In the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss these Writ Petitions for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
