This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.723 of 2014 and to file a final report within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 26.06.2014, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
