This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition in paragraph No.5, as imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.312 of 2024.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.463 of 2023, on or before 10.04.2024, failing which, the petition seeking anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
