ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is with respect to the non consideration of the representation dated 25.11.2014.

2. In the counter affidavit filed by the first respondent it has been stated that the representation was disposed of on 11.12.2014 and the same was sent to the petitioner on 15.12.2014 itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not received any order passed on the representation dated 25.11.2014. Be that as it may, the second respondent is hereby directed to send another copy of the aforesaid order dated 11.12.2014 passed on the representation to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
