ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order issued by this Court in W.P.No.12308 of 2008. The Tahsildar, who has been arrayed as the third respondent in W.P.No.12308 of 2008 and the second respondent in the present contempt petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ present before this Court. It is submitted that the first

respondent herein has filed a writ petition in W.P.No.4331 of 2010, challenging the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour dated 09-03-2005 and the same is pending. Further, at the time when the earlier contempt petition was disposed of, the writ petition number was wrongly mentioned as W.P.No.433 of 2010. The copy of the case information status as well as the Office Note to W.P.No.4331 of 2010 has been produced before this Court. The writ petitioner herein is the second respondent in that writ petition. Hence, at this stage, no action for contempt can be initiated and the contempt proceedings are closed.
