2.The petitioner claiming to be the organiser of temple festival relating to Arulmigu Shri Mari Amman Temple, Kovil Puthur Post, Karumandurai Via, Attur Taluk, Salem District, has submitted an application dated 27.4.2015, to the respondent seeking permission to conduct a cultural programme on 11.5.2015, in connection with the above said temple festival, and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.N.Roofas Abraham, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice for the respondent.

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's application/representation dated 27.4.2015, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the said application/representation in accordance with law on or before 9.5.2015, and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
