ORDER
Mr.S.Soundararajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent to to issue patta with respect of the property comprised in SF.No.21,22 and 37/B of Komaralingam (East) Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Thiruppur District in the name of the petitioner herein by considering her representation dated 03.01.2018.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that her request for granting patta made on 03.01.2018, has not been considered by the respondent so far.
5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same, in accordance with law. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondent to consider the request of the petitioner to grant Patta in respect of the subject matter property and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, also after considering the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
