This application is filed seeking for grant of leave to sue the respondent Nos. 2 to 15 who are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The applicant as the plaintiff seeks to file the present suit for specific performance of an Agreement of Sale dated 16.10.2005, executed at Chennai.

3. It is seen that the suit property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and the defendant Nos. 1 and 16 are also residing within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, considering the fact that the Agreement of Sale was executed at Chennai in respect of the property, which is located within the jurisdiction of this Court and considering the fact that the suit is the one for specific performance of an Agreement of Sale and further, considering the fact that the respondent Nos. 1 and 16 are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is of the view that the substantial part of cause of action has arisen for the plaintiff to file the present suit before this Court as against the defendant Nos. 2 to
