Thereafter, the matter was listed before this Court on 23.07.2019. The learned counsel took time to get instructions from the petitioner.

2. Today, the learned counsel has filed a memo stating that the notice issued to the petitioner was returned with an endorsement 'Left and therefore he is reporting 'no instruction'.

3. In view of the above, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this original petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
