ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2190 of 2017 dated 14.09.2017 directing the petitioners to appear before the Inspector of Police, Contonment Police Station, Trichy daily at 10:30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is 76 years old and the second petitioner is 45 years and the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed and more over the petitioners are residents of Coimbatore owing to which, they find it difficult to appear before the Inspector of Police, Contonment Police Station, Trichy daily at 10:30 a.m. and hence have sought for modification of the condition.

3. This Court perused the Order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2190 of 2017 dated 14.09.2017.

4. In my view, since the petitioners are residence of Coimbatore it would be appropriate to permit the petitioners to appear before the Inspector of Police, Kuniyamuthur Police Station, Coimbatore https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

district as and when required by the respondent police. The other conditions imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore made in Crl.M.P.No.2190 of 2017 dated 14.09.2017 shall remain intact.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
