ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 04.01.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.38987 of 2015 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the amount has been paid under the Samadhan Scheme. Therefore, nothing survives in this contempt petition.

3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
